For over 35 years Sale e Pepe has been Italy's best-loved food magazine, a monthly that's produced in its design capital, Milan. Sale e Pepe's delicious recipes and beautiful photography have inspired several generations of Italian cooks to widen their culinary horizons. We've loved introducing them to the hidden gems of Italian gastronomy, the specialities that each region of this amazingly diverse country can boast. We've focused too on the wine regions and unique artisan products that make Italian food so hard to imitate. Our team of in-house chefs and food writers are famous for pushing the boundaries of traditional Italian food by creating dishes that are modern and easy to prepare.
