Aromatic herbs

Aromatic herbs is a term that indicates all those herbs, both cultivated and spontaneous, which give off a particular aroma due to the fragrant essences they contain. The most common are: basil, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, marjoram, tarragon, chervil and dill. In the kitchen they are used either raw or cooked but also finely chopped, shredded and sometimes even whole.
