Bonbon

Bonbon is a word of French origin referring to a small confectionery product based on sugar: for example, a praline, a candy, a dragée. The term dates back to 1604, but in reality the first delicacies of this type began to appear in the 12th and 13th centuries, after the Crusaders brought sugar cane to France.
