Bouillon cube

Bouillon cube is a cube or tablet-shaped product, obtained with natural extracts from the processing of meat, poultry or vegetables, enriched with flavoring elements such as salt or monosodium glutamate. It may also contain aromas and spices. Normally it is used in the preparation of broths or soups, but it can be used also instead or in addition to salt to flavor many dishes.
