Cannelloni

Cannelloni are a type of fresh pasta, which, after a short cooking, is stuffed and rolled into a cylinder. The cannelloni are then placed in a pan, covered with bechamel sauce, tomato sauce, grated cheese and browned in the oven.

There are also dry pasta cannelloni , to be cooked and stuffed with the same ingredients. Finally, there are pre-cooked cannelloni, to be filled raw, which are placed in a pan, covered with plenty of sauce, and cooked in the oven.
