pepper
24 salty crackers
2 spoons pecorino cheese
100 grams robiola cheese
100 grams goat's cheese
4 spoons poppy seeds


First, put the 3 cheeses in a bowl with a pinch of pepper and mix them until obtaining a creamy texture.

Now spread the cheese cream on a cracker (like the classic Ritz crackers) and cover with another cracker. Press a little. Remove the cream in excess with a little spatula and keep doing so until using all crackers.

Place the poppy seeds in a little plate and roll the cheese biscuits in them (cover only one side of the biscuit so that the other side remains white). Your cheese snack or appetizer is ready!
