Cheshire

Cheshire, also called Chester, is an English cheese that bears the name of the county in which it is produced. It is made with cow's milk and comes in large cylindrical forms that reach 35 cm in diameter and 27 in height. Plus, it can weigh up to 35 kilos. The paste's color is light yellow or orange, due to the addition of carotene during processing. It is a table cheese, but it is also used in the preparation of melted cheese.
