Chocolate pastry cream

Instructions
3 Eggs yolks
3 oz Sugar
2 oz Flour
2 tbsp Bitter cocoa
18 oz Cocoa milk


For the preparation of the chocolate pastry cream beat 3 yolks with 2 oz of sugar, 2 oz of flour and 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa.

Add a little at a time, 18 oz of warm milk with another 2 oz of sugar and cook over low heat until the cream has thickened. Let it cool and serve it with some side biscuits.
