"Colazione" is the Italian word that indicates breakfast. But nowadays, the word "breakfast" entered in the everyday Italian language. Literally, it means to break the fast. This gastronomic ritual, which no Englishman would give up, is also spreading in our country where, however, the habit of starting the day with a simple coffee and a biscuit is still too rooted.
