Crudity

Crudity is a word that comes from the French «cruditées» and indicates vegetables served in pieces, sticks or grated and accompanied by one or more cold sauces. The most served vegetables are carrots, celery, peppers, radishes, cucumbers, fennels, tomatoes, champignons and artichokes; these are normally placed in one or more containers, alternating their colors in order to obtain an aesthetic presentation.
