Dill

Aromatic herb, native to the eastern Mediterranean, where it was already known by the ancient Egyptians. The dill has jagged leaves, similar to those of fennel, of which it also recalls the scent. Dill is one of the few herbs that, when dried, does not lose its aroma. It goes well with fish, especially salmon .
