Haddock

Haddock is a sea fish that belongs to the cod family and lives in the North Atlantic. It has a robust, elongated, laterally compressed body, with a small and pointed head. The skin of the haddock is gray-brown, with a darker lateral line, while its flesh is slightly pink, tender and very tasty. Haddock is sold whole or in fillets and can be cooked like cod.
