Half-boiled eggs

Half-boiled eggs is the method of cooking eggs in water, like hard-boiled eggs. The difference between the two is the cooking time, which is shorter for the half-boiled egg. As a result, the egg white is well cooked on the outside, while the yolk remains soft. The half-boiled egg is excellent eaten alone and in salads. In fact, the soft yolk, mixing with the oil and lemon (or the vinegar of the dressing) forms a creamy sauce that perfectly binds the salad.
