Moray

Moray is a sea fish with an elongated body, flattened on the sides, and a small head with a wide mouth. It is blackish in color, flecked with white and yellow scales, and can reach a length of one and a half meters. It has a dangerous bite which can cause painful injuries. Its meat is excellent stewed, baked and fried; if the fish is small, it is great in soups.
