Moussaka

Moussaka is a famous Middle Eastern dish, of which there are many versions, usually based on aubergines and lamb meat. It is in fact prepared in a high-walled mold, coated with fried aubergines and filled with a rather spicy lamb ragout. Then it is baked in the oven.
