Pike

Pike is a freshwater fish belonging to the Esocidae family, characterized by an elongated body (it can reach one and a half meters) and a spatula-like snout. Its skin, olive green on the sides, fades into white-yellow on the belly. Pike has a firm and delicate flesh, which is highly appreciated.If found large (ie over three kilos), it is full of thorns.
