Quiche

Quiche is a French term referring to a savory pie, actually its name derives from the German «kuchen» which means focaccia or cake.

The best known quiche is the « Lorraine », made with shortcrust pastry, eggs, bacon and grated cheese. The quiche topping can also be made with different ingredients.
