Roll

Roll is a type of a wrapping, consisting of meat, fish, salami or vegetables, in which the ingredients are rolled up and fixed with toothpicks or kitchen threads, to prevent them from leaking out during cooking. The rolls are then stewed or cooked in a pan with either butter or oil.
