Stilton

Stilton is a classic English blue cheese, yellowish in color and with a wrinkled as well as light brown rind. It comes in cylindrical forms of 15 cm in diameter and 25 cm in height, while its weight is around 4 kg. Made with cow's milk, this kind of cheese has a creamy texture and an intense flavour. Its seasoning lasts about six months. The Stilton is considered one of the best cheeses in the world.
