Valerianella

Valerianella, also called corn salad or lamb's lettuce or feldsalad, is a herbaceous plant that is found both in the wild and cultivated. It is formed by small tufts of leaves, oval and elongated, of a dark green color.

It is eaten raw, in salads, alone or mixed with other types of vegetables.
