Famous sauce of Ligurian origin with which boiled potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, boiled fish and even spaghetti are seasoned. It is prepared with salted anchovies , washed and without thorns. Then they are melted over low heat with oil, crushing them until a sauce is obtained.
