Typical Piedmontese sweets made with almonds, flour, sugar, butter and eggs. The mixture of baci di dama prepared in this way is then shaped into large balls just under a walnut and cooked on the oven plate. The part in contact with the plate is flattened and, when cooking is completed, small domes flattened at the base are obtained. Combining them two by two, with jam or melted chocolate cream in the center, you get the "baci di dama" .
