Extra virgin olive oil
4 Potato

4 Bream
1 Clove garlic
1 Bunch of thyme
1 cup White wine
1 tbsp Anchovy paste

A few simple moves to bring to the table a second delicious and full of taste.

To make the recipe for baked sea bream with soaked anchovies and potatoes, rinse 4 sea bream from about 10 ounces clean and scalded under running water. Then gently dry them with baking paper and cut them on both sides with 5 deep cuts diagonally.

Peel 1 small clove of fresh garlic and finely chop it with 3-4 sprigs of thyme. Transfer the chopped in a small bowl and Mescolalo with the anchovy paste; distribute the mixture obtained in the cuts practiced on the side of the fish. Transfer the sea bream to a baking pan, sprinkle with wine and 4-5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and cook for about 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200°.

​Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes, cut into julienne, soak in cold water, drain, dry, and fry in plenty of hot oil for 2-3 minutes, until they are golden and crisp. Drain with a spider, salt, and serve immediately with fish.
