Italian term with different meanings (in English "bomb"). Bomba indicates, for example, a sweet preparation based on ice cream made in a particular mold, in the shape of a large bullet with a rounded end and the other (formed by the lid and relative handle) flat. It also defines a typical Emilian preparation, based on rice with a rich filling, made in a truncated conical timbale mold with a rounded base.
