Brunch is an Anglo-Saxon word born from the contraction of "breakfast" and "lunch" (ie first and second breakfast). This term indicates a type of Sunday meal, or in any case reserved for a holiday - very common today - which is consumed a little before noon and which includes the classic components of breakfast enriched with some sweet and savory preparations and hot drinks and different cold. In this way, two gastronomic moments of the day are concentrated in a single meal.
