Sweet very well known and easy to prepare, is based on chocolate and biscuits and, as the name says, has the shape of salami.
How to prepare chocolate salami: Chop 9 ounces of dark chocolate, melt it in a bain-marie, and let it cool.
Whip with a whisk 3 ounces of sugar with 3 ounces of butter and 1 yolk and add the melted chocolate.
Also mix 2 ounces of peeled almonds or hazelnuts, 7-8 dry biscuits, and 2 ounces of mixed candied fruit, all chopped.
Put the mixture on a sheet of baking paper. Give it the shape of a salami, wrap it with paper, tie it with kitchen string, and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Remove the sliced salami from the refrigerator and serve in slices. Alternatively, remove the sheet of baking paper, sprinkle the salami with powdered sugar, and serve.
