Cod with thyme and potatoes

How to cook cod? Of course with potatoes, flavored with thyme. Try the Sale&Pepe's recipe for a tasty second main course of fish.

28 oz cod
4 potatoes
2 onions
2 oz green olives
1 sprig thyme
extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the potatoes

Start by peeling the potatoes, wash them, cut them into thin slices, put them in cold water for half an hour, mix them with the hands, and change the water until it gets transparent and without starch. Drain and dry them. Peel the onions and cut them into cloves.

Prepare the cod and cook

Flavor with some sprig of thyme, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, cook in a pre-heated oven at 360°F for 30 minutes. At the end remove the thymus, add some fresh leaves, a drizzle of oil, and serve the cod with potatoes.
