Cookware

Cookware is a set of containers made of different materials that are used in the kitchen to cook food, namely: pots, casserole pots, pans, saucepans. A "basic cookware" can be composed of: two pots of different capacities (8 and 11 cm in diameter), 3 casserole pots of different diameters (in this regard it is worth remembering that the pot differs from the casserole pot because it has a height higher than its diameter); 2 fry pans (bowl with one long handle), 2 braiser pans with two handles and 2 sauce pans. The materials used once for the cooking containers were copper and aluminum, today stainless steel and non-stick have been added.
