Coque (à la)

Coque is aFrench word that defines an egg cooking method. This is immersed in water and after just three minutes the egg is « à la coque ». Then the egg is placed, along with its shell, in an egg cup with the tip upwards. The "à la coque" egg is eaten with a teaspoon or by dipping some bread sticks.
