Dripping pan

The dripping pan is a long and narrow container with low sides, which is placed in the oven to collect the dripping fat. It may have one or two handles, through which it can be lifted to collect the fat used to brush food while it cooks. It can be made of copper, tinned iron, steel or cast iron.
