Garlic

Herbaceous plant with great therapeutic as well as aromatic properties. The parts consumed from the garlic are the bulbs (or heads), which consist of cloves enclosed in a dry tunic that must be removed before the use. Its characteristic odor is due to a chemical substance containing sulfur. In addition to some sauces, of which it is the real protagonist, garlic is used as an aroma.
