Start preparing the dough for the ginger snowflakes : sift 405 g of flour mixed with one level teaspoon of baking soda and a half of baking powder. Separately, in a bowl, whisk 110 g of butter and 105 g of brown sugar, combine 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger, 2 of cinnamon, one of ground cloves, half of pepper, half of salt, an egg and 180 g of sugar molasses until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the flour at this point and put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
In the meantime, draw and cut out a snowflake shape on a card. 4 mm and, with the help of the shape obtained, engrave 6 shapes in the dough. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 14 minutes. Let them cool down.
Once cool, decorate the Ginger Snowflakes by tying them in the center with a string or a bow and then hang them on the back of each chair.
