Lemon balm

Lemon balm is an aromatic herb, which comes from the same family as mint. Its leaves have an oval shape and serrated edges: wrinkled between the hands, they emit a strong lemon scent. It is found both fresh and dried.

It is used to flavour salads, omelettes, roast lambs, chicken and meat stuffings.
