The little shrimp is a small sea crustacean which reaches a maximum of 10 cm. There are two known species: the pink one and the gray one. Given their small size and the softness of their shell (and also the difficulty in shelling them), little shrimps are mostly eaten whole, deprived only of the head. They are excellent fried.
