The Kanzi apple is the brand that distinguishes a new type of apple , Nicoter, born in Belgium in 1994 from the natural crossing of the classic varieties Gala and Braeburn: from the first it inherited the sweetness and red color , from the second the acidic notes that make it refreshing and crunchy.

Another feature of the Kanzi apple is its excellent shelf life : it is available on super fruit and vegetable counters until May / June, maintaining its compactness and organoleptic characteristics unaltered. It has been grown in Italy since 2007. The Kanzi apples on our market are therefore all of national origin.
