Sea bass

Sea bass is a prized sea fish that can reach a maximum of 4 feet in length. In Europe, the variety sold is exclusively the European bass. In America, we can find different varieties such as the barred sand bass, and the black sea bass.

It is excellent cooked whole in the oven, filleted in a pan, or boiled.
