Sorrel

Sorrel is a spontaneous herb, also known by the name of brusca herb (not to be confused with wood sorrel, which instead is used for medicinal uses). The leaves are elongated, fleshy, of very intense green, and are excellent for flavoring salads and for preparing soups.
