Tortelloni are a stuffed pasta with a larger format than tortelli. The most typical tortelloni are the lean ones stuffed with a mixture of ricotta, beets or spinach, eggs, grated parmesan and seasoned with melted butter and sage.
There is also a variant, typical Bolognese, stuffed with ricotta, parsley, eggs and parmesan and topped with a tomato sauce.
