This is an original way to cook the turkey. You can create delicious rolls, perfect for the Christmas dinner
Prepare the chutney
Cut the apples and the onions into little cubes and stew them in a casserole pot with half of the butter and a drizzle of oil for 25 minutes: halfway through cooking add the vinegar, the sugar, salt, and pepper; when cooked, add the mustard and the raisin.
Stuff and cook
Stuff the turkey slices with the prepared mix, then roll them, seal them with the butchers twine, flour them, and fry them with the remaining butter and a drizzle of oil. Add the white wine, cover with a lid, and continue cooking.
Slice and serve
When the sauce will be reduced, turn off the heat, slice the turkey rolls, and serve. If you want, you can add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar to the plates.
