Hops

Hops is a herbaceous plant that grows spontaneously, but it is also widely cultivated in the brewing countries of Northern Europe.

Hops, located inside its flower, is characterized by a thin stem covered with prickly hair. It is used to flavour beer, but also soups and risottos.
