Savoury pear plumcake

Cheese and pears are always a great combination, try it in this recipe!

2 teaspoons baking powder
200 grams emmental cheese
20 grams chives
250 grams flour
200 milliliters whole milk
black pepper
1 pear
salt
4 eggs


Take a bowl and sieve the flour as well as the baking powder, later add salt, pepper, eggs and grated cheese; knead the mixture well and then pour the milk gradually.

Peel the pear and cut it in pieces, later add it to the mixture along with some minced chives. Pour everything in a plumcake mold of 12x24 cm (previously covered with parchment paper). Cook the plumcake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 50 minutes.

Once your savoury pear plumcake is ready, remove it from the oven and serve it lukewarm.
